The challenge faced in his master's thesis was approached in a unique way by the author, who intelligently proposes the formulation of a public policy for better waste management, using Regulatory Impact Analysis (AIR) and the environmental governance called Sustainable Management Integrated Waste Management (GSIR), aiming to present proposals to ensure sustainability and a balanced environment for future generations.
